The facility will provide daily and routine housekeeping services to ensure that all living spaces, common areas, and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and free from health and safety hazards. Housekeeping staff will follow a structured cleaning schedule and infection control guidelines. We maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all residents and staff by ensuring that regular housekeeping services are provided.

The facility will coordinate with designated pharmacies to arrange the secure delivery or pick-up of prescribed medications. Staff will follow established procedures to confirm receipt, document medication deliveries, and store medications. A designated staff member (e.g., medication coordinator or manager) will serve as the primary contact with the pharmacy. All prescriptions must be sent to the pharmacy by the prescribing provider in a timely manner. Upon delivery, staff will verify that all medications are correctly labeled, match the prescription, and are accounted for on the packing slip. Any discrepancies will be reported immediately to the pharmacy and documented. For urgent or after-hours needs, staff will contact the pharmacy’s 24-hour line or use the backup/emergency pharmacy service.

To ensure that all residents receive appropriate, timely, and individualized personal care services to maintain dignity, promote independence, and support overall well-being, the facility shall coordinate personal care services tailored to each resident’s assessed needs. These services include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating. Staff shall work collaboratively with residents, families, case managers, and healthcare providers to ensure that care is person-centered and supports the resident’s health and quality of life.
